Justice for the 96! been to all momorial services. Latest was that 20 year momorial. How did they not bloody get justice in the first place.

Hi Anne,
My cousin lost her boyfriend on that dreadful afternoon. I fully support your fight in getting justice for Kevin and the other 96. I am sure that you and the other families will eventually find out the truth, especially now that the Daily Mirror is also running a justice campaign.
I am fully behind you all in this fight and will help in any way I can to bring it to its fruition.

You have so much pride and dignity, at 15 years old I survived Ibrox Disaster in 1971. 66 others didn't. though that was entirely human error the myth and wrong stories attached to it are legendary, and only now through a book written from a survivor truth is truth.
Keep up you brave fight my support for you knows no bounds.

Just returned from Hillsborough. Thought of you whilst we stood there with many others, in silence, There was an absolute silence even though we were next to a main road. There are some beautiful flowers and teddies etc there and tributes and they all ask for justice and answers. The police MAY have said they are responsible buT everyone needs to write to their MP now and to the Andy chap (culture and sport MP) and demand that the inquest is reopened and everyone interviewed etc etc .. even if it takes a year and money from the tax payer. We too need answers...for you, and for us !
Blessings
May God keep you strong, healthy and focussed.
Much love Bev and family

It's difficult to know quite what to say, except that my thoughts and prayers will be with you and all the families on this difficult day. Twenty years on--when ordinarily memories fade and our recollections are clouded--we remember 15 April 1989 as if it were yesterday. Me and my two sons, aged 6 and 9, are mad Arsenal supporters; but, on this day, we're reminded that regardless of our allegiances, we're all a football family. Know that we stand with you and all the families today and everyday, demanding justice.

Hi Anne
As a football fan of 19 years old in 1989 and now a mother of three boys I can only let you know how heartbreaking (as are the others) your story is. I can only say I know I would dredge up the entire planet to uncover the truth, were I in your position. My boys are so precious to me and you want the world to feel the same. Good Luck in your endevours.

Hi Anne
Well done on TV tonight. xxx
My husband and I agreed tonight that now would be a good time to start a web petition for openness and honesty; one reason being the general feeling of wanting answers and honesty from public figures and organisations as well as from those responsible for Hillsborough.

Apr 14 2009 10:52 am
Just a thought Anne
With all the renewed publicity and more people using the internet etc, and an enormous amount of disgruntled people (like me) could you not start a petition to pressure the police or government to do another enquiry (independent one)You could go on the radio, Tv etc and start a web petition. Come on Anne there are enough people behind you and many 'famous' people who could get you to the right people and places etc etc !.... Paul O'Grady might be a good option/starting point ? Strike while the iron is hot while we the general public are still very angry at what we have read !

Hello Anne
I was born and bred in Chester (Boughton). I have lived in Blacon! I saw your piece in the Mirror today and decided to write to you. My heart goes out to you. I have a son of 11, nearly 12. My heart goes out to you anyway. I remember the tragedy 20 years ago but I dont think I read alot about it at the time; dont know why. So I decided to read as much as I could this week and even dared to look at the photos of the deceased and read/listen to eye witness accounts. I found it immensely painful. I dont usually shrink from reading such things but this I did. Perhaps thats why I didnt read about it at the time...too painful. Well, I believe that people have to come forward and admit responsibility...individuals and organisations. Let the people heal ! Keep fighting Anne. I pray that you will get the answers and justice that you need. Let them stand on the pitch and say yes we let them down (or our inadequacies or whatever killed them) ! I wouldnt have wanted that on my conscience all of those years ! Oh my gosh. Even those in our 'judicial system' need to reconsider their action or lack of it. Its hard looking from the outside in but there must be something that can be done. I hope that God will open the doors that you need to be able to walk in and provide you with all the answers you need. Bless you Anne and your family. xxxxxx williams-r31@sky.com ..... I am stuck for words.
Apr 14 2009 05:11 am
Anne,I find it hard to find any words that would confort you, everyone knows who was to blame, god bless you in your fight to bring these people to justice,

just watched footy focus coverage of twenty years ago at hillsborough, it's really annoying that most people (including footy fans) don't realise (or care) what the S*N "newspaper" did with it's "the truth" expose. For years I've tried to tell work colleagues/friends what they are buying into when they buy that rubbish, only to be met with blank looks! THIS COULD HAVE BEEN ANY FOOTBALL SUPPORTERS!
I'm a magpie myself, and used to attend matches regularly,I remember being herded by police and treat like animals,on one occasion at grimsby(date?) I was in the midst of a crowd being penned in the away end and I was scared! that was really minor compared to hillsborough, so God only knows what your Kevin and many others suffered there!
it's a disgrace that there has been no enquiry, 20 LONG YEARS AND STILL NO REAL EXPLANATION!
Stay strong Anne, and I hope the reds pip mufc for the title!

On this, the 20th Anniversary of the tragic events of The Hillsborough Disaster, may I take the opportunity of sending my deepest condolences to ALL of the Families and Friends who lost their lives and loved ones in the greatest disaster ever to befall Liverpool FC and its greater Family and Community.
If God would only take one silver cloud and spin it into a silver rope so that we all may climb it to be with our loved ones - even for one last time...
God Bless one and all. Our Hearts cry loud and heavy.

Hi Anne. My heart goes out to you and all the families who lost loved ones. I was in the Leppings Lane end of the ground that day and I will never forget what happened. I haven't seen Liverpool play since and even though I served all over the world with the Army for over 12 years I can quite easily say I have never been so shocked in my life as what I was that day. You keep fighting, don't give up and you WILL win justice for the 96. God bless and good luck.
